AND1 begins processing orders as soon as they're submitted. Once an order is placed, most modifications of size, color or shipping addresses cannot be made.

AND1 offers Free 30-Day returns and Exchanges for all orders placed within the US (outside of Hawaii & Alaska). AND1 will gladly authorize returns of any unworn merchandise made on AND1.com. Merchandise must be returned and received undamaged, in the original packaging. The full value of the merchandise you return will be refunded, but not the original the cost of shipping. Returns and exchanges can be made here, and a return label will be automatically generated for you, free of charge.
All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or shoe box and must be unworn in brand new condition. Any returns shipped without the original shoe box or not in a shipping carton can be refused. Please allow up to 7-14 days for your return to be processed.
Product bought anywhere outside of AND1.com cannot be returned at AND1.com and must be returned to the respective retailer.
