Refund policy

Refund/returns requirements:

Customers can return online orders within 30 days of delivery please use our returns portal

Provided items are unworn and in original condition with tags attached; refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt, with timing dependent on your bank. 
Returns will cost $10

 Return guidelines:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit as per your preference. You can even do an exchange!

• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. Pierced jewellery) can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.

• Sale items are eligible for returns unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

• Socks & headbands are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.

Exclusions:

Please remember that gift cards are non-refundable.

Received faulty/incorrect goods?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. Please don't hesitate to contact us and we will sort it for you. To help us get this fixed for you asap, please include the following information when you first contact us:

• order number

• product name/code

• picture of the fault

• description of the fault

(the order number, product name/code can be found on your order confirmation email).

 Any discrepancies in the condition of items upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Reports made after this timeframe will not qualify for a refund, and the items will not be considered faulty.

Missing item(s) from your order?

We're sorry about this! We’ve either packed it incorrectly, it’s coming in a different parcel or lost in transit. Please don't hesitate to contact us and we will sort it for you. Please include the following information when you first contact us:

• order number

• missing product name/code

• description of the parcel whether it's complete/broken when received
